My stay was utterly ruined by the noise. There was a bar next door blasting loud music until midnight every night of my three-night stay, preventing any sleep! Even with earplugs, I was exhausted and left feeling miserable. The church bells didn't help either, ringing every hour starting at 7:30 AM. All I wanted was a peaceful retreat, and instead, I received a sleepless nightmare.

Where it excels and where it fails

The attentive staff made our stay unforgettable, even accommodating a special vegan breakfast. The unique local artwork throughout the hotel added a charming touch, enhancing the overall ambiance.

Persistent noise from nearby bars disrupted our peace at night, impacting sleep quality significantly. Additionally, some maintenance issues like poor shower design diminished the comfort of our experience.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the cozy balcony while sipping coffee in the morning and exploring the on-site spa for some relaxation. The pool area was great for unwinding after a long day. The only tiny downside was the occasional church bell ringing early in the morning, but we loved the view so much we hardly noticed it! 😊

The location is fantastic, right in the center of Corso Umberto, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and lively shops. Our superior double room had a cozy balcony overlooking the pedestrian area, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of fresh options, including delicious crostata.
